ATMC SUPPORTS UNITED WAY
by Daphne Yarbrogh-Jones
ATMC employees and directors have contributed more than $13,000 to help local residents in need by supporting the cooperative’s annual United Way campaign.
“We have a generous group of employees here at ATMC,” said O’Neal Miller, ATMC CEO. “We have all been touched at some point by a United Way funded program, and we know that these funds are being put to good use. We are proud to support our community through the Cape Fear Area United Way and thankful that we are able to do so each year.”
Money raised during the 2016-2017 campaign will be dispersed in 2017 for a wide scope of community, health, human services, and educational needs in our region. ATMC and its employees have contributed approximately $250,000 to United Way in the last ten years.
